Diploma in Engineering with technical major/ Leningrad Mechanical Institute, 1983.
CAREER
Began his career as a design engineer at the plant in 1983. Since that time he headed different departments including design and technology department and spent years working as the chief industrial engineer and technical director.
Since May 2005 till present, General Director of the “Amur Cartridge Plant “Vympel”.
AWARDS
awarded by Government of the Russian Federation in the field of science and technology for his contribution to improving of the effectiveness of small arms in 2005;
awarded the title of «Honored Worker of Industry of the Khabarovsk Territory» in 2017;
awarded V.V. Bakhirev Medal (a departmental award of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation) in 2018.
COMMUNITY WORK
Since 2014, the deputy of the Legislative Duma (House) of the Khabarovsk Territory of the 6th convocation (part-time).
